About New Culture
Creating a world where youth embrace their power as the heroes of their own story.
Founder's Vision
New Culture was founded on the fundamental belief that we were made for community and grow best within it. Young adults aging out of foster care are the heroes of their own stories, but no one thrives alone. Our approach moves beyond survival, championing interdependence as the foundation for lasting success. By providing stable housing, meaningful relationships, and opportunities for personal and professional growth, we create an ecosystem where young adults don’t just transition into adulthood—they flourish.

Impact By The Numbers
We measure success by the lives we transform, the stability our participants achieve, and the long-term progress they make after leaving foster care. In 2024, our impact is clear:
-
0 youth have exited into homelessness after successfully completing our program, demonstrating that the right support leads to lasting stability.
-
110 youth housed annually, creating a foundation for independence and growth.
-
35+ housing sites in Phoenix, Mesa, and Tucson, making us the largest transitional housing provider for youth in Extended Foster Care.
-
$756,000 saved annually for the state compared to other models.
We don’t focus on short-term solutions—we prioritize long-term impact, ensuring that every young adult we serve transitions from foster care into stability, interdependence, and a future where they can flourish.
